Full Moon in Pisces

On Saturday we will have the annual Pisces Full Moon~ the first of three consecutive Super Moons. This moon is considered a Super Moon due to its proximity to earth. Super Moons are believed to be more potent than average, so this is a great time for all of us to utilize this extra dose of magical moon energy.

The focus of this particular full moon is a deep need or desire for closure on a soul level. It also has an almost Romeo and Juliet(or Gomez and Morticia if you prefer) vibe to it. Its romantic and compassionate. Sounds pretty and poetic right? It is. The Pisces moon is both dreamy and spiritual. The sign of Pisces is about endings and transition. This moon is bound to test our need to maintain control over our families, partners, money, careers, etc. The lesson here is to learn to let go of both the control and the limiting beliefs that come with that. Don't be surprised if this moon puts a spotlight on certain areas in your life where you may be stuck. That's her job. Allow the illumination from the Pisces moon to show you what you are in denial about and what you need to move away from.

This Full Moon has the ability to open the windows of your perception if you are willing to work with the energies. All full moons bring with them an awareness of what has been hidden. Its a time of culmination and the promise of fulfillment of that which was started at the New Moon. What seeds did you plant back then? Have you noticed any development? Have you decided to release certain things that you once held so dear? This is an excellent time to let go of the things, people, and beliefs that no longer serve you. What have you outgrown? There is power in release... Don't fear letting go.
